Ankit Techmech builds industrial lamination machines for bonding fabric to fabric, film, membrane, nonwoven and foam. Gravure coating applies the adhesive evenly across web widths of 1600 to 4400 mm, and the material is bonded over a main cylinder of 1000, 1200 or 1500 mm, heated by thermic oil, steam, a gas burner or an IR heater.

The result is a bonded material with the strength, waterproofing, insulation, breathability or cushioning that the end use needs: protective and outdoor clothing, automotive interiors, medical and hygiene products, filtration media, upholstery and packaging.
